For some reason I haven't been able to put in titles today. Irritating.

You may remember that we snowshoed to Donut Falls this winter. We decided to do it without the snow last weekend. The hike is a lot shorter when you don't have to walk from the highway. It is an easy climb to a nice stream and waterfall that falls through a hole in a rock. It will be a perfect hike for next summer and the summers after when Alison and Stuart learn to hike on their own four legs instead of being carried up the mountain in the pack-o-baby. The mountain was gorgeous and the day was perfect. We were home for lunch which was good because it was getting hot, even on the mountain and swarms of people were arriving as we were leaving.
