Six Week Update

Another very busy week.

First, we went to our first football game to see Aunt Emily cheer.


Then, our daddy passed the Nevada bar exam (yipee) and we went to the courthouse to see him get sworn in by Judge Wall. Here is a picture of us all.


Then we went to see Dr. Carrie for our six week appointment. We got weighed! Alison came in at 8 lb 8 oz and Stuart (our little bottomless pit) weighed 9 lb 6 oz, for a grand total of 5 lbs gained between both babies in 3 weeks!!! We got shots too though. Here is Alison after her shots.


The babies met another new uncle this week, Uncle Darren.


AND dressed up for Halloween and went to their first Trunk-or-Treat. (Check it out, Alison learned to smile too!)

Five Week Update

This was a VERY busy week.

The babies got their very first colds (lousy) but we also met two new uncles and a new aunt and traveled to Logandale to meet great grandparents and the Croslands (fabulous)!

Aunt Nicole

Aunt Nicole came to visit with the babies all the way from OHIO! We had a great weekend. I'm pretty sure the babies wore everybody out. Nicole was great though. She even let Ryan and I go to church together (the first time in four months) while she stayed with the babies.

Three Week Update

Stuart and Alison are growing up so fast.

Since the last post Stuart has really taken to eating. He is nursing great now and has put on some weight. He gained 12 oz in 6 days coming in at 6 lbs 12 oz at three weeks. Alison is also growing and thriving. She has chubby little cheeks now and her legs are losing their elephant wrinkles. She weighed 6 lbs 14 oz at three weeks, still a bit bigger than Stu.

They are more alert and more coordinated. Besides looking at people's faces, they love to look out the window from Mommy's bed and Stuart is very interested in Daddy's colorful work shirts in the closet.

Aurelie, Stu, and Alison have been doing fine while Ryan's at work but we are always very happy when he gets home. This week we went to the post office, to Grandma and Grandpa Iroz's house for the first time, to the doctors, Aunt Beth spent the night, and Grandma and Grandpa Pahnke came from Salt Lake to visit. It has been very busy.
